Our goal has always been\u2014and continues to be\u2014to be the fairest real estate agency on the market, both for our clients and our employees.<\/div>

From the very first day the company was founded, it has been important to us to involve our employees in the company’s development processes.<\/div>
We achieve this through monthly meetings, during which, among other things, statistical data\u2014such as revenue and website traffic\u2014are presented. But forward-looking advertising initiatives are also developed and decided upon jointly.<\/div>
Since almost all decisions are made by majority vote,<\/div>
Our employees have a say in what happens at our company\u2014we see this as \u201ccorporate democracy.\u201d<\/div>

As a result, we enjoy a high level of loyalty from our employees, who are very eager to continue their education in the real estate sector in order to ensure quality in our industry.<\/div>
We can see this from the very high commission payouts, which amount to 80%.<\/div>

This collaborative effort, shaped by the many ideas contributed by each individual, has helped Immoexpress maintain an average annual growth rate of 14% to this day.<\/div>

Thus, it remains our company philosophy to be the most ethical real estate brokerage firm on the Austrian market.<\/div>
