Our goal always has been, and still is, to be the fairest real estate agency on the market \u2013 both for our clients and for our team members.<\/div>

From the very first day of our founding, it has been important to us to involve our team members in the company\u2019s ongoing development.<\/div>
We do this through monthly meetings in which, among other things, the statistical figures \u2013 such as revenue and website traffic \u2013 are presented. Future-oriented advertising measures are also developed and decided on together.<\/div>
Since almost all decisions are made by majority vote,<\/div>
our team members gain real influence over what happens within our company \u2013 we see this as a \u201ccompany democracy\u201d.<\/div>

As a result, we enjoy great loyalty from our team members, who have a very strong willingness to keep developing their skills in the real estate world in order to safeguard the quality of our industry.<\/div>
We acknowledge this with very high commission payouts of 80%.<\/div>

This close cooperation, shaped by the many ideas of each individual, has helped Immoexpress to maintain an average annual growth rate of 14% to this day.<\/div>

It therefore remains our company philosophy to be the fairest real estate agency on the Austrian market.<\/div>
